At Lone Star Grillz, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our custom smokers and grills. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the item in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Arrange Freight
For heavy equipment, coordinate with our logistics partners or your preferred carrier to schedule a pickup; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the unit for damage and usage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
